"Here is a little about me, Eva Paquin, the developer of Coyote Ridge. Over the course of 12 years starting with the purchase of an old farmhouse and 10 acres in 1974, my husband and I pieced together a 64-acre small sheep farm in Westford, VT. Even after we separated and our four children moved away from home, I have been able to maintain 'the farm', working as a self-employed massage therapist. A desire to remain in the house I have worked on for so many years, along with financial necessity, has motivated me to set up Coyote Ridge. After four years in the planning, permitting and construction phases I am now looking for six neighbors who share my concern for the environment and an appreciation of the natural beauty of the Vermont countryside. This is my way of passing on a legacy of environmental stewardship without having to leave that environment. I am not just looking for buyers of country building lots, I am looking for new neighbors who can share my appreciation of the beautiful sunsets, the woods, the Brown's River and the land."
