• All permits have been granted and are recorded with the Town of Westford.

• The private road, Wild Apple Lane, and the shared driveways are constructed.

• The Coyote Ridge Homeowners' Association Declaration of Covenants is in place and, along with the Bylaws, is recorded with the Town.
• All surveying is done and boundary markers for all lots and common areas are in place and clearly visible.
• All underground electric wiring is in place to stubs along the shared driveways in front of each lot.
• All conduits for phone service and an extra conduit for a fiber optic cable have been laid underground and stubbed on the shared driveway in front of each lot.
